If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

We may restrict or suspend access to the Services when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unauthorized activity, misuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, prices, materials, colors, measurements, sizing information, and availability.

Product appearance and color may vary slightly because of photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, device differences, or manufacturing variations.

Orders remain subject to payment authorization, product availability, address verification, and fraud-prevention review.

6. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Fees

All prices displayed on the website and all transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Prices may change before an order is placed. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except when there is an obvious pricing error that must be corrected.

Any applicable sales taxes will be calculated using the information provided at checkout and displayed before you complete the purchase.

Frointo offers Free Standard Shipping on orders shipped within the United States. We do not add hidden handling charges to your order total.

Frointo currently accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:

• Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@frointo.com.

We will try to assist when possible, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If an approved cancellation results in a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Payment Terms & Billing Policy.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Frointo processes orders Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

After an order has been processed and shipped, Standard Shipping within the United States generally takes 6–9 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is 7–12 business days, consisting of:

• Order processing time: 1–3 business days
• Shipping time: 6–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will provide notice and any options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a revised shipping date or canceling the affected order for a refund.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Frointo offers a 30-day return period for eligible products. You have 30 days from the date you receive an eligible item to request a return.

All returns must be requested and approved before merchandise is mailed to our return address.

For customer-preference returns, including change of mind, style preference, or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is confirmed to have a quality issue, Frointo will provide a prepaid return label or arrange another return method at no cost to the customer.

Frointo does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns and does not currently process direct exchanges.

After a refund is approved, Frointo will generally initiate it within 1–3 business days. After the refund is issued, the bank, card issuer, or payment provider typically requires 1–3 business days to review and post the funds to the customer’s account.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, and promotional codes may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, or usage limits disclosed with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases
• May be limited to one use per customer or order
